Received my chairs and I am really pleased with them. It was a wait, however I was made aware prior to ordering them. They were worth the wait. I did have an easier with not being able to tighten a screw. This was resolved successfully by Kat’s great customer service and within 4 days I was issued with a replacement chair. No hassle, no squabbling simply replaced. A big thank you to Kat, who kept me up to date and provided tracking numbers so I could check delivery date. Can’t fault the service and the goods received. Would absolutely shop here again.
