Wonderful piece of furniture great looking and superb quality. One of several pieces of furniture that we’ve bought from Artico.
We ordered a TV unit that looked to be handcrafted with reclaimed wood and robust but arrived with broken doors twice (initial and replacement units). The transport was blamed which might be the issue but not convinced.
Love the table. Securely packaged. Had issues lining up the extending leaves with the table. Artico were great in helping to resolve this. It did mean making a few adjustments by unscrewing with the alan key provided and repositioning. Also needed a socket set to make one of the adjustments.
Artico provided detailed instructions/ photos for all of the adjustments and all told probably about 10 mins work to sort.
Responses to our queries were always prompt and helpful.

Lovely quality and extremely comfortable chairs
Stunning cabinet but when it turned up, one of the magnets to close the door didn’t work as the metal fitting wasn’t flush enough to the door to get it to pull too so will mean that we will have to undo and re screw this to make it a better fit. Also, the metal frame that it sits on was a bit bowed probably from transportation but hoping this will level out in time. Otherwise really happy with the unit. It’s very eye catching.

The chair is of nice quality firm leather. It is a neat seat with low back, not a snoozing chair but comfortable for sitting in and socialising. I don't think it will be a leather that will sag which I like. As accent chairs they tie in well with any other colour sofas.ive matched with a cream boucle sofa. There was cheaper online shops but they were out of stock. I did get £20 off the first one and a bit more when I ordered a second.
Stunning ranges of furniture. We've already fully furnished 2 rooms from Artico and later this year when we renovate our front lounge into a media room we will be using them again. a fantastic company, easy to deal with, keep you informed and the delivery services are brilliant
The cabinet was fantastic, it would have been 5 stars but the delivery was a shambles, they opened the back of the van and the unit had fallen on other items, and they didn't recognise the 'this way up signs'. Fortunately the unit was so well packed it survived. Well worth the wait
The sideboard is really lovely and well made. The Ártico team were helpful when the delivery company failed to deliver on the arranged date.
I purchased three Sintered Marble top tables. These tables are exceptional, very stylish and great quality. Ordering & customer service were both five star.
We ordered 3 matching items in the range but the high back sadly had a faulty bowed door. We didn’t know this was the case until after the delivery team had left as we unpack in our own time. We were advised to adjust the magnetic closure but it was the door which was bowed. A replacement was arranged fairly swiftly but we couldn’t do a straight swap. Then started the farce of having to use the original packaging to repack the faulty item (flimsy cardboard and we didn’t keep the original as didn’t know it had to be returned) move it ourselves (it’s very heavy) and store it until a suitable collection date. This was time consuming, required physical strength and effort not to mention inconvenient . I don’t know what I’d have done by myself as couldn’t have packed or moved it single handedly.
Customer services said it’s our responsibility despite delivering a faulty item in the first place.
Next time deliver and collect in case of a fault in one go.

Thought I had a good pattern going until I ran out of short ones ! No idea how to achieve the same look as in the photo ! Otherwise I’d of given it 5 stars.

I ordered 1 Chicago leather chair to check the quality and to see how it would fit in my room. The quality and colour of leather was lovely, it's neat enough to have a couple in the same room. The back is quite low so not a snoozing chair but definitely comfortable enough to watch TV or for extra seating when entertaining. I have now ordered a second chair with a discount code offered off my next order. Excuse the room decor in photo, we're not decorated yet.

I wanted a stylish piece of furniture to house my TV and electrical items. Lovely unusual item and very pleased with it. The downsides are that the shelves are fixed (which I knew in advance) and the delivery took 10.5 weeks.

Ive been looking for a sideboard on and off for several years but not been able to find one I've admired. Came across this one which is totally unique and didn't hesitate to order. It's unique and solidly built. It's a lighter colour than antiipated but not too much a problem. Look at the lightest shade online to get a true idea. As another reviewer said there was a slight drop on doors that needs readjusting. The more I look at it, the more I love it.
Not the most comfy chair, but looks great and fits with my new living room decor!
