Every piece is covered by our 12 month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural wood movement, normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

The product itself is spot on wife very happy. It’s was a long wait 4 month for the product as it was mistakenly a pre order purchase which was then delayed . The sales team were excellent and did offer to refund and even suggested a few alternative products in stock but we decided to wait.
