Absolutely beautiful pieces of furniture - really lifts our space - lovely woody smell too when you open the doors - even my visitors comment on the smell - weird thing to like isn't it?
When ordering this piece, we were made aware there was a wait and give an estimated delivery into the country. We were told that it would be delivered to us between 3/5 days after this. As we were moving house imminently we emailed to say that the delivery address would need to be changed and an email was sent. I received and reply very efficiently from Kay who assured me it was not an issue and had updated the order.
When we got the confirmed delivery date we I emailed Kat again to say I would be on holiday and would not be back until a certain date. Again a very quick reply from Kay came saying this is not an issue and she would put it down for delivery for after that date.
The day after we got back from Holiday we had an email to say out furniture would arrive in to days time, there was no need to ring and chase it up, it was all sorted.
Communication and customer service is excellent and as for the Side board…… it is Fantastic, absolutely solid, and stunning to look at. We couldn’t be happier with it, and it came so well packaged and with no damage
