I have purchased a coffee table which was pictured and described on the website as handmade with hammered-look finish and lovely engraving on top. We received a table that was fully hammered all-round, with no engraving, which was a bit of a disappointment.
I have emailed the customer service team twice, with no response unfortunately.
I am giving 3 stars because the delivery team was communicative and efficient. At the end of the day the table looks nice but it is not what they advertised for. However, the lack of response regarding this matter is simply unprofessional.
