Delivered ready to use in most cases, with only the legs requiring simple attachment where applicable. Some exceptions may apply depending on the piece.

30-Day Returns

If your purchase is not quite right, you can return it within 30 days. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and original packaging. Collection charges may apply for change-of-mind returns.

12-Month Warranty

Every piece is covered by our 12 month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural wood movement, normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

Mango Wood Bar

Feel very disappointed in the fact that despite numerous emails the doors don’t align and will not stay short. This is obviously an occurring problem as they seem to know exactly what the issue is in regards to moving the legs and the feet but it doesn’t help the doors just keep swinging open.

Nice cabinet

This is a nice cabinet and looks good inside. It was well delivered although a short time later than originally stated. Only concern is the wine glass rack on the doors have no retainer so need to be very careful opening and closing

Beautiful

Absolutely beautiful pieces of furniture - really lifts our space - lovely woody smell too when you open the doors - even my visitors comment on the smell - weird thing to like isn't it?
