Every piece is covered by our 12 month structural warranty against manufacturing defects. Natural wood movement, normal wear, accidental damage and damage caused by misuse are not covered.

Mango wood drinks cabinet

Unfortunately I was disappointed with my drinks cabinet for several reasons. I had to wait months for delivery but was ok with this as I’d been wanting this drinks cabinet ever since I ordered the same scorpion design mango side cabinet 2 years previous and wanted a matching drinks cabinet, however on receiving my order there was a very noticeable difference in the colour of wood, it was several shades lighter, hence does not match my side cabinet other than the design. I expected a slight difference as you would with wood even though same supplier and design however the difference is very noticeable, I will now have to stain the drinks cabinet darker to try and match it. Also the spaces inside the doors for holding drinks glasses are uneven and too small. As well as the glass holders at the top inside have a small shelf underneath restricting the size of glasses they can hold, allot of my wine glasses won’t fit as they are too big. In addition allot of our drink bottles don’t fit in the door shelves. Lastly the magnets holding the doors closed are not strong enough, you close one door and the other opens! For the price of the cabinet I’m dissatisfied particularly with the colour, the rest I would of overlooked. Sent a message on their website, no one got back to me.

We are sort of happy with the cabinet, but the doors appear mid-aligned, showing a gap at the top of the left door and a gap at the bottom of the right door. When the right door is open the left door scrapes on the bottom (doors have nothing stored in them). We would appreciate someone coming out to fix it. I can also send photos if needed. If this can be repaired we are likely to buy more furniture from you.

Great product….. but it’s quite a wait!

The product is great quality and we are really happy with it….. however, it took 5 months for it to be delivered. This is not clear on the website which states delivery within 14 day (small print…once it is in stock). There were 3 delays with the shipment and each time I had to chase the company for an update. There was no proactive communication from the company to say there would be a delay. Given I had paid in full for the product this is really poor. In summary great product but could do a lot better with customer communication.

Cabinet 5*

The cabinet itself is 5* we are delighted with it . We were however dissatisfied with the extremely long wait time ! The did make a very small token gesture by way of apology but just to warn if you expect items in a hurry or even within a couple of weeks , lower your expectations and get closer to 3 months .
Otherwise we have a very beautiful bar cabinet that is solid and will last many years .
