Very slow communication after delivering a damaged chair still unaware what's happening
We travelled to the showroom and were amazing with the products and the quality. Also Paul was just fantastic super helpful and extremely passionate about what he does and his products. We ordered the Barracuda Dining table and 8 chairs and within in a week out stuff had arrived. I was super chuffed. Smooth delivery everything was great. One of our chairs legs was slightly damaged i messaged Paul sent a few photos within 2 days we had a replacement part. Unfortunately the part wa sincorrect so messaged Paul again and within days i received the correct part. In all of this I saw his dedication to get things right and if they were not right to have it all sorted. We are getting so many compliments on our table and chairs. I am going back for more I have eyed up one of the beautiful Angel Door bars ....! Have recommended to friends and family. Thank you Artico team and PAUL!
The dining chairs are good quality, comfortable and the colour stunning. Superb service from start to finish…chairs arrived with 7 days and competitive price.
