Item not in stock

The footstool arrived approximately a month after we bought it. We weren’t informed that item is actually not in stock. The item itself when it actually arrived turned ok, matching to our sofa. Disappointed with the contact with the office about the delivery etc. We had to chase the info rather than be informed about the delay.
