Nice enough once built but very difficult to assemble, poor quality and missing parts and fixtures

Comfort, style and Durability

The bench arrived on time with good communication from the delivery team. Assembly took around 40 minutes with tools an fixings provided. The finish and comfort levels are exceptional. Easily seating 3 adults with a 280 kg max. Load we are most pleased with the design and quality.

Cantilever bench

Beautiful bench, went together well , however 2 weeks in and makes awful noise as you sit ( been sat on twice!), I’ve undone and re done it up, no change, contacted them, with video no help whatsoever, said they will “repair” but to send back “packaged in original packaging” I have no packaging due to having for 2 weeks , so now they’ve said I must re package somehow…however it’s huge. I just want a new one….. they cAn have this one back , I love the bench just not the noise of the wood squeaking …. Customer service isnt great which is why I’ve given only 3 stars

Just what we were after. Lovely material. Only downer was that my husband said it wasn’t the easiest thing to put together.
