I ordered this dining table in early November and it arrived at the end of Feb. The table itself is beautiful; sturdy and well made. It required some assembly on arrival but was easy to put together. That’s the positive. Unfortunately the service I received from Artico was poor. When I ordered the table, the website indicated it would be in stock by December and delivered 7 to 14 days thereafter. December came and went, then January, then most of February. I e mailed several times and received a swift response, however, each date I was given for delivery of the item was missed and the company never contacted me - they only responded when I e mailed them asking for an update. When the item finally came into stock, I was contacted by the delivery company before Artico got in touch and I had to contact them again to check it was genuine. I understand that when a company is waiting for stock, they may not be able to give accurate timescales but it would have been reassuring if they had contacted me and kept me updated, instead of me constantly having to chase.
